wFACEIT reads publicly available FACEIT match data to produce statistical reports. This page lists every category of data we handle, where it comes from, what we do with it and how to have it removed.

wFACEIT ("we", "the site") is operated by Langmesh LTDA, CNPJ 64.347.066/0001-35, registered in Brazil. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at legal@wfaceit.com.
wFACEIT is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or partnered with FACEIT or Valve Corporation.
You can read a full report on any player without an account and without giving us anything. If you sign in, we store the minimum needed to know who you are and whether you have an active subscription. We never receive your Steam password or your card number. We do not sell personal data.
This data is public on FACEIT and is retrieved through the official FACEIT Data API, for any player whose report is requested — including players who are not our users.
We cache match statistics so that repeated reports do not re-query the same matches. If you want a player profile removed from our cache, write to legal@wfaceit.com.
Only if you choose to sign in. We use Steam OpenID, which means Steam authenticates you and tells us the result — your Steam password is never sent to us and we never see it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers. From Stripe we store, for each subscriber: the Stripe customer ID, the subscription ID, its status, the current period end, the price selected, and the streamer code used at checkout, if any. If you provide an email address at checkout, we store it to identify your account and send service messages.
If you use the FACEIT Coach, the question you type and a summary of your own match statistics are sent to OpenAI to generate the answer. We store a monthly counter of how many questions you asked, in order to enforce the plan limit. Do not type personal or sensitive information into the Coach — it is not the place for it.
If you set an elo goal, we store the target, the target date and periodic snapshots of your elo so we can compute your pace.
We do not sell personal data. We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
We may also disclose data where required by law.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Cached match statistics are kept so reports stay fast, and are refreshed or discarded over time. Rate-limit records last minutes. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your account, your linked profile, your subscription record, your elo history and your Coach usage counters; records Stripe must keep for tax and accounting purposes remain with Stripe.
Under the Brazilian LGPD and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, and information about how it is shared. Write to legal@wfaceit.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
The service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to legal@wfaceit.com and we will remove it.
If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
