Terms of Service

wFACEIT is operated by Langmesh LTDA, CNPJ 64.347.066/0001-35, registered in Brazil. Contact: legal@wfaceit.com.

By accessing wFACEIT, requesting a report, signing in or subscribing, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.

wFACEIT reads publicly available match data through the official FACEIT Data API and turns it into statistical reports: ratings, trends, per-map and per-teammate breakdowns, and written findings.

wFACEIT is an independent site. It has no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement from FACEIT or Valve Corporation. FACEIT, Counter-Strike and any related names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the service reads.

The service does not modify your game, does not interact with the game client, does not automate gameplay and gives you no in-game advantage other than information you could, in principle, gather yourself from public data.

Reports on any player are available without an account. Signing in uses Steam; you are responsible for the security of your Steam account. Features that read "your" data — the Coach, the elo goal, the lineup reading — work only on the FACEIT profile linked to your Steam account, and not on anyone else's.

You may ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to legal@wfaceit.com.

• Processing: payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive your card number.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from the subscription management page. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Price changes: if we change prices, the change applies to periods starting after we announce it. A price locked by a founder plan stays locked while that subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
• Streamer codes: discount codes apply as described at checkout. They do not stack with founder pricing.
• Refunds: if the paid service does not work as described, write to legal@wfaceit.com. Statutory withdrawal rights under Brazilian consumer law apply where they apply.

You agree not to:

• scrape, mirror or resell the reports, or use automated means to extract data at scale;
• circumvent rate limits, paywalls or authentication;
• use the service to harass, dox or target another player;
• present our output as official FACEIT data or as endorsed by FACEIT;
• break the law, or FACEIT's or Valve's own terms, while using the service.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these rules, without refund of the current period.

Ratings, indices and findings on wFACEIT are our own estimates, computed from the match data FACEIT exposes. They are not official FACEIT figures. Sample sizes are small by nature, the underlying data can be incomplete or delayed, and the written findings are generated automatically.

Treat the output as a reading, not as fact. The service is provided for informational purposes and comes with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or of any result in your games or ranking.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. The service depends on the FACEIT Data API; if that API changes, becomes restricted or is withdrawn, features may change or disappear. We will not remove a paid feature during a period you already paid for without offering a proportional refund.

The site, its design, its texts and the way it computes and presents the reports belong to Langmesh LTDA. The underlying match data belongs to FACEIT and to the players it describes. You may share screenshots and links, and we would appreciate a credit; you may not present the product as your own.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost ranking, lost matches or decisions taken based on the reports. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Brazilian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes are subject to the courts of the operator's domicile, unless consumer law grants you the right to your own jurisdiction — in which case that right prevails.

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using the service and cancel any subscription.
